Integrated global pharmaceutical drug developer and manufacturer based in South Wales, Penn Pharma, has appointed Karl Fry as Director of Quality.

Karl, who has considerable pharmaceutical experience, joins Penn Pharma from a quality management role at sterile pharmaceutical manufacturer, Patheon in Swindon. During his 16 year pharmaceutical career, Karl has managed product quality for a range of clinical trial supply, packaging and pharmaceutical contract manufacturing companies.

Karl will be using his knowledge and operational expertise to manage a QA team of 22 at Penn Pharma to further develop and grow this area of the business into a world class provider.
