Set to create 30 new jobs over the next two years, the investment, awarded by the Welsh Assembly Government through Regional Selective Assistance grant aid, will enable Penn to build four new clean rooms, improve its packaging suites and enhance its laboratory facilities. Craig Rennie, chief executive at Penn, commented; "This is great news for Penn and comes following a period of considerable growth and development. So far this year, Penn has made ten appointments in various roles within the business, including the appointment of Peter George as chief operating officer, and over the past six years has created a total of 80 new jobs at our site in Tredegar.
