Penn offers a highly flexible manufacturing facility, with several multi-purpose manufacturing rooms and mobile manufacturing equipment. Penn operates a tried and tested cleaning validation method enabling rooms to be switched quickly from one product to another. Assuming availability of the required raw and packaging materials, Penn can usually schedule batch manufacture of a new product within 8 weeks of order placement, while the lead time for repeat batches is usually less than this.
