• Receipting of materials at correct temperature conditions
• Inventory management and reconciliation
• Worldwide distribution of non temperature and temperature sensitive product
• Uplifting of used, unused and surplus investigational medicinal product from investigator sites and return to Penn for processing, storage or destruction.
• Provide certification of destruction
• Trained personnel to provide advice about 'Dangerous Goods by Air' in compliance with I.A.T.A regulations
• Experienced in various cold shipment configurations to ensure product integrity during cold chain distribution
• JIT shipments (Just-in-time) average 2 days from client request
• Flexibility in working with various IVRS suppliers and systems
