Job Description:
The main purpose of the role is ensure the overall area and room targets are consistently met and the plan is delivered on time and in full. This is achieved through the management and leadership of your team, utlising a KPI and GMP metric system that focuses on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost whilst developing and installing a culture hwere Continuous Improvement is the way of life.
The Supply Leader will be operationally responsible and accountable in your area for achieving agreed targets.
The Supply Leader will have direct people management responsibilities for their team members and ensuring that all KPIs, targets and all deadlines are met individually and by the team. Has overall responsibility for their department and their adherance to SOPs, Health and Safety, GMP and other regulatory guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be ideally educated to degree level or equivalent years experience in working in a pharma environment. Should be target driven and be able to set, measure and deliver team and individual KPIs.
Proven management experienced and strong leadership skills in a quality based industry sector is essential. (Ideally Pharma, but automotive and Food Manufacture may also be transferable).
Significant knowledge of 'Lean' principles and previous experience of implementating and fostering a Continuous Improvement culture.
