Mark Molyneux, 55, is Chairman of the Board at Penn Pharma. He was previously a managing partner at Ernst & Young (UK) and a member of their main board since 1997. He was responsible for the day-to-day management of the accountancy and consulting firm during a period of unprecedented growth and profitability. Mark is a chartered accountant and was made a partner at Ernst & Young in 1986. He chairs for other Private Equity backed companies and also chairs an Aim listed travel company.
