Job Title : Non Executive Board Member (Lead Investor, LDC)

Steve has 16 years’ private equity experience. Having completed a law degree at Edinburgh University, Steve spent 8 years with 3i in their Edinburgh and Cambridge offices. Steve joined LDC in 1999 as part of the team which launched the St Albans office and has since worked in LDC’s London and Reading offices.

Steve was delighted to lead LDC’s £33m investment in the MBO of Penn in 2007, and now sits as one of LDC’s two directors on Penn’s Board.
