Candida is a highly experienced private equity practitioner. Prior to joining LDC in 2000, Candida built a successful career in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity as well as a period spent as Director of Development at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

At LDC, Candida spent 5 years as a portfolio director during which time she was responsible for developing LDC’s market leading approach to operational added value. She became the Chief Operating Officer of LDC in 2006 and sits on LDC’s Senior Management and Investment Committees.
