Penn Pharma is managed by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee

The Board is responsible for corporate governance and is ultimately accountable for Penn Pharma's activities, strategy and performance.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the Executive Committee. Each member of the Executive Committee is responsible for a specific part of the business and reports to the CEO.
