Terry is a registered pharmacist and a European Qualified Person (QP).

He has worked in a number of Quality and Manufacturing posts in the pharmaceutical industry including Geigy and Fisons as well as a posting in West Africa.

Terry joined Penn in 1986 and recently celebrated 21 years service. He has overall responsibility for the company's Quality group.
