Mark Molyneux, 51, became a non-executive Chairman of Penn Pharmaceutical Services Limited in April 2007. He was previously a managing partner at Ernst & Young (UK) and a member of their main board since 1997. He was responsible for the day-to-day management of the accountancy and consulting firm during a period of unprecedented growth and profitability. Mark is a chartered accountant and was made a partner at Ernst & Young in 1986. He has other interests in Private Equity and also chairs an Aim listed travel company.
